Our Story
Great Western Pub lies on Dawley Road.
Dawley Road was derived from a small hamlet from the middle ages, which disappeared in the 16th century.
It is believed that The Great Western was built in the mid 1930s. Shortly after the houses along Dawley road. There is an equal link between The Great Western Railway of the 1800's and the steam ship Great Western Launched in 1938. The famous engineer Isamdard Kingdom Brunel, built both.
Now a family run business.Great Western serves fresh traditional Punjabi/Indian food, seven days a week.
Playing all live sports, as well as any Box office games and PPV fights. Great Western has a fully stocked bar with premium whisky, scotch and cognacs for sale.
